Yes. If you are logging into the Touro portal and getting this message, you may be using a browser incompatible with this database. Google Chrome is the browser best suited for Otzar HaHochma. By the way, only 5 users can simultaneously use the database, so if you are user #6, you will find the database temporarily inaccessible.
