Anytime I tried to open an article or an eBook, it would not load. What should I do?
I am trying to find articles for a research paper. I tried multiple browsers, different computers, an iPad and an iPhone. I think something is wrong with my account.

I also think something is wrong with your account. Are you sure you logged in to the Touro Portal? Did you enroll so recently that you are not in the system, or did you graduate so long ago that you do not have a Portal account? Except for clearing your cache and cookies, you have availed yourself of all remedies I would suggest. You will need to contact the Help Desk for assistance.
