I am trying to put a book on hold from the catalog for pick up at Midwood. It said I need to speak to a Librarian. Why?

You might be getting that message because your account has expired, or you do not have an account at all.  To make an account go to a campus library with your current schedule of classes and barcoded Touro ID card.  If your account is expired bring your current schedule of classes to prove that you are still a Touro student.  We will then extend your account, at which time you will be able to place the hold from the catalog, or we will do it for you.
