How do I get an Interlibrary Loan?

I am a professor working on an article. I am interested in a book called "Voices of Illness - Negotiating Meaning and Identity published in 2019 by Brill (Rodopia). Can you check if I can get this book by Interlibrary Loan?

Answer

To get an interlibrary loan, log into the Portal.  Go to the homepage, under the word SERVICES, you will find a drop-down menu reading REQUEST MATERIAL FROM ANOTHER LIBRARY (ILL).  Click on it to bring up a form, which you should fill-out entirely, then SUBMIT.

You might want to include the ISBN number to facilitate the ordering of the correct item.  Additionally, you should indicate from which campus you would like to pick up the item, if it is a book.

Newer books are owned by fewer libraries, and some restrict lending of new materials.  As lending is at the discretion of the lenders, there is no guarantee that we will be able to obtain the book for you.
