I found a great article on QuickSearch that says FULLTEXT but it doesn't link. What should I do?
Answer
Several databases are incompatible with QuickSearch, resulting in broken links. There is another way to access articles in the QuickSearch results.
- Log into the TouroOne portal.
- Click on the icon eJournals.
- Type the name of the journal into the text-box.
- Find the database containing the year in which the article was published.
- Click on that link. You will be searching only that journal in the database.
- Select the designated year.
- Locate the volume and issue indicated in your citation. Locate the article by title.
- In the alternative, once you click on the link for the database for that journal, you can "Search Within" that journal by title of the article.
If the article is still unavailable, request it by Interlibrary Loan. To access the form, log into the Portal. Click on the word SERVICES and find the drop-down menu reading "REQUEST MATERIALS FROM ANOTHER LIBRARY [ILL], fill out the form and submit.
