How do I find scholarly journal articles?
My topic is : " What Environmental factors contribute to drug addiction?"
Answer
Log into TouroOne, and go to the library homepage.
Click on Databases, and then select one.
Try ProQuest One Academic and/or EBSCO multi search or any of the Psychology databases which you can find by selecting "Psychology" on the drop-down menu at the top of the page where it says "select subject area".
Try search terms such as:
"drug addiction and environmental factors"
"drug use and environmental factors"
"drug addiction causes"
When searching the databases, you can select "Peer Reviewed" or "Scholarly" to make sure it's only showing you article from those types of sources.
