I am a Middletown student, and the off campus button isn't working.

We are not accustomed to problems specific to Middletown students.  This is your Library website:

It does not appear that they have Chat, but TouroCom Harlem does. Look for the "Ask Us" button on the upper right side of the page. Their website is:

You might want to log into the Portal first, and access the library through your portal page. In that way,you will already be logged in.
