I am a Middletown student and the off campus button isn't working.

We are not accustomed to problems specific to Middletown students.  This is your Library website:

It does not appear that they have Chat, but TouroCom Harlem does. Look for the "Ask Us" button on the upper right side of their page.

You might want to log into the Portal first, and access the library through your portal page. In that way, you will already be logged in.
